A series that got its start a couple of years ago, The Celebutantes is about three wealthy triplets (girls) who somehow, stumble upon tradgedies, mysteries, and whatnot, and always come out determined to solve them. The fourth book, The Celebutantes: To The Penthouse, comes out this September; along with the season start of Gossip Girl. Coincidence? I think not. These books are perfect for your little Gossip Girl fan, who hasn't seen the shows because you haven't allowed her (or him) to, but still wants a taste of the high life. A great little treat.
